AM on FM Translators FCC Comment Deadline

Finally ... Federal Register publication of the AM on FM Translators Notice of Proposed Rulemaking is set for Tuesday, November 6th. This Federal Register publication of the NPRM sets the comment and reply comment deadline dates in this proceeding.

Comments at the FCC in the AM on FM translator proceeding will be due on January 7, 2008, and Reply Comments will be due on February 4, 2008.

For those who have AM stations who are now being re-broadcast on FM translators, or those who might want to do so in the future, it is important it is to file comments at the FCC.
